I hold the professional qualification of Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have a Post Graduate level COSCA validated Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Counselling and Group work.
I work as an Integrative Practitioner.

I am an Accredited Professional member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (PNCPS Acc) and a Member of Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).

I am an accredited member of The Foundation for Infant Loss, trained in Pregnancy and Infant Loss Counselling.

I have trained as an Energy EFT Master Practitioner.
I am an affiliated Counsellor with MND Scotland.
I am working as a school counsellor seeing pupils in school referred by guidance staff.

I trained with Rape Crisis as a support worker and have over 14 years experience supporting male and female survivors of sexual abuse (recent and historic cases).
​
I am qualified in applied suicide intervention skills training (ASIST) and have completed training to Designated Child Protection Officer level.

I have worked with the Ministry of Defence, Police Scotland, Samaritans, MND Scotland, Choose Life, Cancer Support Scotland, Rape Crisis, NHS and Carers Trust.
