I hold the professional qualification of Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have a Post Graduate level COSCA validated Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Counselling and Group work. I work as an Integrative Practitioner.
As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and a Member of Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA), I practice and adhere to their Ethical Framework and the Professional Conduct procedure within it.

I am an accredited member of The Foundation for Infant Loss, trained in Pregnancy and Infant Loss Counselling.
I have trained as an Energy EFT Master Practitioner.
I am an affiliated Counsellor with MND Scotland.
I am working as a school counsellor seeing pupils in school referred by guidance staff.
I trained with Rape Crisis as a support worker and have over 14 years experience supporting male and female survivors of sexual abuse (recent and historic cases).
I am qualified in applied suicide intervention skills training (ASIST) and have completed training to Designated Child Protection Officer level.
I have worked with the Ministry of Defence, Police Scotland, Samaritans, MND Scotland, Choose Life, Cancer Support Scotland, Rape Crisis, NHS and Carers Trust.
